Since 1980, Suzann M. Woodward, CPA, has been providing individual and business clients throughout the Texas Hill Country with her signature personalized service. With her experience, knowledge and talented client-focused professional staff, she provides sound tax, financial and business consulting so that her clients can focus on growing their business.

Suzann gained her 40 years of accounting experience through senior accountant and management positions in the oil and banking industries and for a regional CPA firm. Her clients include individuals, partnerships, corporations, trusts and estates that span the construction, healthcare, retail and agriculture industries, professional services and non-profits. In addition to providing customized tax services, she helps clients with business organization, tax planning, financial and cost management, and retirement and estate planning. Her firm also provides outsourced accounting services, including general bookkeeping, payroll and financial reporting on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis.

Suzann earned a B.B.A in accounting from Angelo State University. She continues her professional development through membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA) and the San Antonio Chapter of the TXCPA.

Active in her community, Suzann has served in the Rotary Club of Boerne, the United Way, the Greater Boerne Chamber of Commerce, the Rainbow Senior Center, the Hill Country Newcomers Club, Hill Country Women in Business, and Hill Country Mission for Health.

Suzann is a member of the Oak Hills Church. In her spare time, she enjoys playing golf, reading, swimming, sailing, and spending time with her grandchildren. She is married to Jim Fish, a merchant marine captain, and has two children, Mendi and Joe, and two grandchildren Piper and Robert.

Mendi M. Woodward is the office administration and marketing director for the firm of Suzann M. Woodward, CPA, as well as a bookkeeper and payroll assistant. She interviews all potential clients and fully describes the services the firm provides. Mendi makes sure all new clients are warmly welcomed. She develops long lasting relationships with the clients and enjoys helping them with their bookkeeping, payroll, and tax returns.

She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from UTSA. She has worked in the firm of Suzann M. Woodward, CPA, for over 10 years and 2 years part-time while attending UTSA. Mendi is married to Fred Gardner and has a daughter, Piper. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with Piper, golfing, swimming, cooking, and gardening. She keeps herself grounded through faith and family.
